Yes, word just came out today that they are making a sequel.
No release date yet.

I played the hell out of the first one. I wish it had more guns and more attachments, but still had some fun. I believe since they were just getting the game off the ground, they didn't have the time nor funds to do every thing they wanted to. EVERYTHING was new. The next one for the most part is just tweaking the first one and adding more content (via maps, equipment, menus, media, etc;). It should be a more complete package. These are the COD Gods, it's what they do.

So in short, yes. Titanfall 2 will have a home on my hard drive.
