Valentines day? 14 inches of snow so far in NW Indiana and still falling. Our work place shut down totally until Friday...anyone else getting any of the cold white stuff?

Chicago has 19 inches so far...we are about 40 minutes away.

Wardad...did I tell that spent a decade in Indianapolis before moving here to Houston. Sounds like you're in the Gary/Hobart area and you guys are getting the Lake Michigan effect.

I heard the Superbowl was going to be sans cheerleaders due to the cold, I guess fans of the two teams don't care about hot women dancing while dressed up like manatees. Southern and Western teams feel different about it for some reason.





Wife and I had lunch at the beach today, 80deg and sunny.

I think the Temp yesterday morning was -18 and around noon was -0 COLD COLD and dangereous windchills. For snow I think we got hit a lot lighter around 6-7inches.

Here in Ohio it was pretty bad. We lost power for at least 2 days.
