Love martial arts and it's tempting to talk about all the 'measures' of my own abilities, but it'll end up looking like I'm bragging about my edick. I will say Ru, since starting Choy Li Fut practice again, I've found out my arms can now withstand actually landing those strikes on a heavy bag The whole not being a centrifuge helped a lot and has given me more follow through power. Oh and I taught my son one of the first 'seated' strikes last night. Will prolly send a vid, he's a natural

After putting 30 yrs into martial arts training I am very happy to share with someone who has a passion for it like you. Can't wait to see your son follow in your foot steps.

And in answert to WarDad's UFC question...I have only started watch UFC in the past couple of years. They have really picked up on the quality of fighters in the past five years or so. A lot less street brawling and more martials art with TECHNIQUE. They have a bright future and a very interesting path.
