Has anyone looked at CafePress.com? They make the items on demand, so we can order as few or as many as desired. You make one logo and they put it on shirts, mugs, cups, mouse pads, etc...

I've dealt with them a couple of times these past few years. They had me send them the tiff files and gave me an estimate for back, front, side designs, etc - but it looks like you can do this all on their websites these days. Their prices are steep if you order a few, but if you go bulk the prices on each item are more reasonable. But there's one huge caveat - their shipping charges are ridiculous. I'm not sure if they've changed it, but when I ordered, they charged a shipping fee for each item and not by weight. So when ordering bulk, the shipping price is pretty hefty. Even knowing this...they were the official distributors for the organization I was a part of so I had to place the orders through them. Later I got tired of the inflated fees and went local for prints, but yeah....

I've also had experience with http://www.artscow.com/. I did one of their promotions and got free custom stuff. Their print quality to my surprise was pretty good and even though they were shipping from HK, they got it to me timely. I believe they have free shipping if you go over a certain threshold and their customization software was easy to use. Their prices were lower than CafePress, but I don't think there's any bulk discount. They do a lot of promotions, discounts, and coupons pretty often, so you can probably catch some really great deals. Seeing that their overall prices were pretty low compared to the rest of the competition (even lower than the discounts I get from local shops) I was quite worried about the quality of the items. What I received from them were comparable to the standard affair everywhere else, although I did not order any clothing from them. (Their mousepads had an unbelieved stench to them, but it disappeared within a few days. Smelled like they had just came off the press.)

Looks good. Two sided tshirt in black is $17. I could probably get it a little cheaper locally, but would have to buy 25+. This site has a ton of items that can be imprinted. I wish they had a ball shawl. Not for warmth, but presentation of the balls. With the CTC logo on that, what lady could refuse?
