Guy in spectate keeps crashing VCTF server

For the last few hours someone has been crashing the server. It happened on three occasions while I was on, others have noticed it happening many times previously as well. One person said someone types some sort of lyrics in chat and then the server crashes. The last time it crashed for me, a guy in spec named Wale typed:

When you see me on your block.

With two glocks screamin the fuckin world like TUPAC!

I JUST DON'T GIVE A FUCK!

and then the server crashed. Not sure if it's coincidental or not, but those are lyrics and a crashed followed.

With two glocks, screaming "Fuck the world" like TUPAC...but I wasnt there.

But I know these lyrics.

I think a newer version of Anti TCC is available compared to what is on the server.

Yeah, we might have to try a newer version of antitcc. We did in the past and some complained that it felt laggy.

The crashes happened several times yesterday (Friday). Others have mentioned that it's been happening all week.
