Kinda like it, Something to play when Im on and a suck level comes up.

There are servers with active players all the time. Definitely worth a look. It's come a long way since initial release.


If you install it, makes sure the install directory reads UT2004/KFMOD. If you install it directly into UT2004, and not a sub folder, you have to reinstall UT2004 to make it work again.

To launch it, either boot up ut2004>community>usermods
Or click the .bat file in the KFMOD folder.

We play this mod - it is fun. Getting a decent server can be interesting.

Anyone else try this mod out? I'm trying to find a server to play it on. Does anyone know of any? I'd like to get it on my server but having a hard time doing that atm. I'll figure it out though and get an event going on it.

Any server suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Crystal - if you figure out how to get this mod running we will hang there a lot no B.S. Make sure to get the map called "A Bargain" - it's one of the more fun (in our opinion) maps included in the community packs. The latest update removed the mutator option - we usually play with vampire on and sometimes low grav for fun - but the patch fracked that up.

Was just checking mod db for this link and noticed a ton of pretty current mods for ut2k4 that actually look pretty cool. Gonna have to reinstall it and come hang with you guys again...

Hehe, you know i put secert event in VCTF-Evilbedroomsremix][ where it does spawn zombies from Resident Evil. I know the one on CTC server is beta verison which has that same event on it as well.
