Very informative article outlining the various ways to grip a mouse. I have always used the wrist pivot method with somewhat of a claw grip, albeit with the fingers flatter on the mouse and more relaxed. I can say that the full-blown claw grip (holding mouse with finger tips), while not the most comfortable, definitely makes aiming more accurate. My G5 is more of a palm grip kind of mouse so perhaps the G9 (which is a claw grip mouse) would make the claw grip easier.
In the comments down towards the bottom of the page in the article there is a very useful program called "Reflex" that helps with aiming. It's fun to play and gives you stats on your accuracy. Here is a link for download:

Re: Which grip are you?
Wow, didn't know they had words for this stuff. Anyway, I guess I'm a full shaft gripper with a Twisty Torque. Seems to be the best method for me as it really handles nicely that way. When tired, I will switch to the pop topper and satchpull as an alternative.
I did dl the reflex program though to see if I could improve anything, thanks BD!
