• Nominations for someone who's been the POTM in the last six months will not count. Let's give a chance for others to be POTM.

• If someone has already been nominated in the thread, nominate someone else.
• First seven valid nominations go into a vote that is open for one month.
• Winner of the vote gets a reserved slot for the next month while we pick the next 'POTM'
