I just thought it was REALLY suspect since I was pretty sure I had seen someone who botted named Loque, combined with the fact you changed his name. This and kixxen's recent catch culminated in my post. It probably is a different person, but having a different guid means absolutely nothing since botters usually buy new games if they're caught and I'm not psychic and didn't know where he lived.
