Quick note from article:

Two shortcut bundles, which immediately unlock all grenade types and handguns, will also be made available during February at no cost; however, Battlefield 4 Premium owners will get two additional shortcut bundles that unlock all DMRs and shotguns.

Sweet, I have all the grenades and pistols, can use the other two though.
