Just what I was thinking Before....

:Smurfy Land:
Map of the smurfs village for one side then the other side gargamoil's castel.
Then we all have skins that look like smurfs.... It would be a smurfy time.... :D

& I was thinking a map called :FunHouse:
and it would have a maze in it and Mirrors and the only way to get the
flag is with a jump pad that puts you up there to get it or with a manta.
And Im still trying to picture the rest.

I'm telling you.. this guy is a genius! If we really want people to keep playing UT then give them what they want. And what they want is more Smurfs!! I'm sure of it :D

In other news.. PEOPLE LOVE SMURFS:

The smurfs have their own webpage:
http://www.smurf.com/home-en

Interesting Smurf facts:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Smurfs

Smurf in spanish is: Pitufo (pee-TOO-foe)

And yes, I too would like to play a Smurf Map.

A couple of these may be up already - I apologize for not checking.

00Retro - This was the map I originally had in mind. Manta runs are possible but tricky and many ways to cap on foot. (Think there is 2 versions - one is laggy I'm assuming the smaller file is less laggy but I don't know anything about mapping).

SHoebox - pure spam but can be fun. Probably too small for a full server load.

Food-Beta2

Bloodgulch7

Winterdocks-beta2

vCTF-00-No_Where_2_Hide_v[-RB-]

WarDad, do you have a link to where I can download those maps? I think Retro is on the server already, but I can't remember 100% And there are so many versions of bloodgulch... some better than others.

This is a link to the maper's [ {-DAM-}Kantham ] own page: http://www.kantham.com (well maper for all but no where to hide) I looked and did not see the maps, but im almost postive that they were uploaded to Unreal Playground. I do have him on three different msg'ing systems so i could find out for sure. I'll talk to Kantham as soon as i see him on for you Jim.

Oh yeah... Winterdocks!!! I forgot about that one. I love that map. I found a link, but an older version (Winterdocks-beta2). I'll look for the newer one VCTF-WinterDocks-Titan_beta1. I have a link for VCTF-ClockTowers-beta1: http://files.filefront.com/VCTF+ClockTo ... einfo.html
Fun map. Gets played on 'Titan Server' A LOT.

I say put it on. If nobody plays it, then nobody likes it... and can just be deleted. I always played it on an RPG server, so the gameplay is a lot different. You may be right after all Shag, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Whether a map is terrible or not is solely an opinion. Take Aardvark launch for example. There are a few people who are quite vocal as to their disdain for this map, but it remains a top played map because the majority do like it. I favor having many many maps and forcing everyone to play a variety. That way everybody can play the style they like. It doesn't mean that people have to like the map. It just ensures that everybody gets to have equal fun.
