That's a cool video *wipes slobber from mouth* From what I see, what they mean by 'next generation' is the latest updates for UE3. At least the UDK version of it and obviously the licensed version. The editor that came with the UT3 game comes packaged with a lot of content (meshes, materials, etc;) but lack the updated tools and capabilities. The latest UDK can be downloaded here: www.udk.com.
