I think they throw the weapon when it's almost empty so they can pick up a fresh one. Manta Runs! All right! That's freakin' awesome Ghosted. The community needs more people like you.
you throw weapons when yer almost out of ammo so u can pick up a new 1 with fresh ammo and it even works with weapon lockers... you often will get more ammo if you throw yer weapon first for example if a locker gives you 100 link gun ammo and u use it up then touch the locker again it will only give you 70 link ammo but if u throw the link gun first then touch the locker you will have 100 link ammo again.. and for UT3 weapon throwing is especially important cause there are maps that don't even have ammo pickups for a certain gun so if you run out of ammo you might as well just kill yourself

- Go into MyDocuments\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config
- Open UTInput.ini
- Add the following line:
Bindings=(Name="X",Command="ThrowWeapon")
Ghosted put alot of work into the server.
It runs alot like ut2004, I dont think it'll hurt
if we run around in therea couple nights a week
for the people that want to.
For me personally, it runs very well.
I enjoy it when I can get the hang
of the keys lol!
