VCTF-MB-Intense_Ice(beta2)

- Added and re-worked emitters
- Ladders put in middle water area (as requested)
- A few more static meshes here and there, a couple of texture adjustments as well
- Main water area rebuild from scratch. Cube map reflection added (Thanks for the link, and inspiration Jim)

I just noticed this map had the 'manta climbs the wall' bug. This newly modified beta2b fixes that issue.

Very nice, Bean! I love the cube map! The water area needed to be re-worked for sure. I'll put this version on the server tomorrow.

Oh, sorry. The mixer maplist is out already and I personally don't think this is the best map for a mixer anyway.

I suggest renaming the level a bit. Its not intense bone unless intense and bone or boner is in the title.

Or, you could play off the name. Intense Cold, broken bone.:)
