Demos? I don't think you guys are lying but if you know someones hacking could you please send a demo. If you have autodemorec turned on it's as easy as mailing the file out of your folder.

I don't auto-demo because I'm a neatfreak, and hate how they take up so much space. I know I can just delete them but.. I'm lazy ahah. If there is a way to change the default save location of the auto-demos&screens I'll be happy to keep that on.

Now as for amazon208, I can guarantee you that he is hacking. He was being the typical noob when I was playing him, then he turned it on the bot and started nailing me across the map after he got fed up. He was trying to defending himself by stating I was accusing him of botting because someone was better than me, lol I actually love playing people that kill me. I've been playing this dead-game long enough to tell the difference between someone with a shot like bezim, blackmamba, or badasp from a noob double-jumping hacker on my first encounter.

I've got a few criteria when judging:

First and most important imo is movement. If you don't know how to fcking move, you sure as hell aren't going to have a shot thats on-par with the 3 players I listed; amazon208, does not know how to fcking move.

Second, on that particular map, you'll usually find me in the hellbender sniping in the back. While you're in this 3rd hellbender seat, you are capable of being shot at with a hitscan weapon, however the hitbox is EXTREMELY small, I know that I sure as hell couldn't nail that hitbox across the map while moving, but amazon208 was able to kill me with the shockrifle WHILE moving, and by moving I mean scrub double jumping. I'm not saying its impossible to nail that hitbox, but I am saying it's quite impossible for a player of amazon208's caliber to pull that off.

Third, and this is my nail-in-the-coffin: Lets say you're going up against Bezim, he's shocktaping the hell out of you, his shot isn't going to look the same every time, he'll hit you towards the lower portion of your hitbox, then upper, basically its random. However, when someone is botting, their shot always looks the same on your screen, the middle of your view will light up purple because the bot is nailing that exact same area every single fcking shot. When I was getting shocktaped across the map with 100% accuracy, the same part of my screen was getting lit up over and over, very clear evidence of a bot.

I am 100% positive that he is a hacker Ghosted, the scrub needs to be banned permanently.

You, vivr, etc have no motivation to lie imo and given that he's been called out and even admitted, fine. But you see my point right? Click a checkbox for proof positive, no argument banification. It's about burden of proof and in this case it's not really much of a burden at all.

There's probably a way to change the demo location for an ini setting (for example just search for the word demo in your UT directory). Alternatively you could setup a junction, which is like a symbolic link on windows if you're a computer weiner.

I personally would say ban away, but I'm upset you didn't list my name there as I think my hitscan has come a long way for a rocket spammer. Seriously feeling hurt. I played 1 round last night and almost took you and badwireless out at the same time. But you don't even mention that, noooooooo /stomps off

This is not true of all bots....but this is what gave amozon away to me as well. That's how I knew immediately he was hacking the first time he turned it on. There are many other tells but this was just flat out obvious.

Regarding the demorec in Utcomp, that only gives a client side demo. You would need a server side demo or you need to be watching him in spec 1st person. Demo not needed regarding him though, it's obvious.
