Let me just say what I meant by the asswipes.
The people that play in the server and
feel the need to be annoying in general.
Im just feeling for, and saying sorry to
anyone that has been bothered and or annoyed
by others like that in the CTC server...
Im sure it's hard in some cases (LOL) for admin to know if they should
give certain people another chance, if they've been banned.
Or if they should be banned etc....
