Anyone ever play Dungeons & Dragons?

Did anyone here ever play D&D? And I mean the old-school one from the early-mid 80s?
I used to play the shit out of it, and I recently ran across my old books. I've been looking at the art and reading the text here and there, just for memories. So I'm curious if anyone else has played it at all.

Don't even get me started on this bro. I have all that shit. I really wish I had the time to put together a campaign. I have some older modules that were a lot of fun. I went all-out too when I Dungeon Mastered...candles, asking players to call each other by their character names...surrealism...alcohol...I miss those days.

I played for a few years as a young teenager. Facinating game for sure. I had a few books and those crazy dice. I guess I wasn't as hardcore as MikeFiend though.

Yeah man, I was (still am) fascinated by the game. I guess my imagination is insane...hence the serious enjoyment...

We played while we smoked peyote in college. Awesome experience...!!!

Ugh. Unfortunately my friends recently pulled me into this. It's kinda fun but there's usually at least 1 person who can't help the group at any given time and sits around bored. Played a Ranger with a fucking pet Rhino. I think we're starting new characters soon but we're all pretty busy atm.

Yep I use to play good time's.
My brother inlaws play this and there in there early 20's
so I ended up playing a few times again, I played as a Rogue fighter.
They wanted to play more often but trying to get a day were everyone can
get together is hard, and there both in School now and they just started Karate
now.
