Samsung P2370. 1920x1080, 23". $269 from Best Buy. I'm actually having trouble adjusting to all the extra space. It messed up my mouse sensitivity pretty bad from what I'm used to. Just a matter of time though. Not like I'm complaining! And as you can see from the picture, I've got my old lcd setup too, never had dual monitors before.


I finally got a mic too.

And since I'm a total nerd, I bought the "The Ultimate Matrix Collection" on BluRay. Came with all three Matrix movies, The Animartrix and The Matrix Experience 2 disc data bank. $99.

Now if I could only get Cox to fix my damn connection....I'm so pissed off at these assholes that I could chew rocks and spit sand.
I pay for their fastest "Premier" package, supposed to be 20mb. I'm lucky if I get 2 or 3...and packet loss so bad that games are unplayable. 2 different techs have been here in the past two days and the problem still persists. They keep telling me that they don't overload their nodes, but it's sooooo godamn obvious. From 4pm till 12pm it's horrible. I mean godamn horrible. At 2am the connection is perfect....but I shouldn't even know that, I should be sleeping at 2am. Pricks.

Freaken 30ms response time. Picture quality sucks too. Definitely not a monitor for gaming or watching movies, but maybe internet surfing.

Just bought a computer system for my little brother which was packaged with a 23" monitor. It was 5ms and wow could I tell the difference.

I'm planning on buying a new monitor soon. 24" looks just about right. Definitely getting a gaming monitor this time.

30ms? Holy cow! I didn't know they went that high!? Monitors have come way down. I think I'll be getting a new one soon as well.

So far this one is awesome...Went from 8ms on the old dell to 2ms on this one. 1280x1024 to 1920x1080. $269 is a pretty damn good deal too.

I got a mic to talk with you guys....but you have to put the sound on "3d sound" to make voice chat work. Hardware sound and hardware w/eax won't work with voice. System driver sound is horrible sounding....No positional effects, a wierd buzzing sound and just general crap. I want to use voice chat, but I almost can't stand the shitty sound.

Nice monitor there.

Luckily, I never got used to the "good" sound as I always wanted the chat feature more. Mine has no hiss sounds though.

I love my NEC FE2111SB, 21 inches of CRT beauty. I will be so sad when it finally dies.

I was gonna pick up a Logitech G15 at best Buy when I got the monitor, but they didn't have one.
