TF2 this Sunday

Post by Knave_Skye »

Ok, im am gonna try again to get an event going so we can give tf2 a try. If you can, please respond here or on the steam group if you have any intention to attend. I wouldnt mind getting some games going sooner, but atleast this way maybe we can get enough people for a good game.

Yeah I'm in, I've been gone the last couple of days so I was unable to test if my
game works yet I'll try it out later.

So about 7:30pm Pacific then.

Hey is your server down I tried to get on it today but was no go.

And I think I'm getting the boot due to my New Harddrive I installed it's there and you can
see it but can't do anything with it and my game closes out and says something about harddrive
and memory so maybe my ghost harddrive is taking away the memory trying to get it going don't know I'll figure it out though otherwise should be good to play it now once thats fixed.

As of right now, I plan on making it. Are we going to gather on Vent?

very likely, as the in game doesnt seem to have a public option. Im not trying to make a pug out of this, just random teams and everyone for the most part trying to figure out what they are doing. If most people want to split off into teams on the vent and try to be competitive then we can, but i think this is gonna be more learning than it will be actual competition.

Yeah I have yet to still be able to play on your server hopefully it works out.
And I don't know if I should get on vent maybe just use the steam since it's there anyways
it seems like when i have steam on plus the game it slows down my pc too much so I don't want to push it too much and have a bunch of programs running at the same time.
I have my Nephew coming over today so I will see if I can still get on.

I am all about the learning/teaching, which vent would help facilitate but in-game is pretty decent. There is an option for cross team chat on the server side. It gets kind of busy though.
