Does the ctc vctf server use a redirect hosted somewhere else or by ctc itself?

I'm looking for a redirect to host some vanilla ctf maps/downloadables, any advice is welcome

kick/ban from server for having antitcc 2009 files/classes in cache/prefetch. since there is no CTC vCTF server for UT3 yet, any idea on what would be the closest equivalent server for the time being?

(e.g. similar maps, muts, mods, utcomp, etc.)
